The messaging provider handles the reply and may send one non-promotional confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, or texts continue, contact us below.
This page does not send a text on your behalf. There is no need to send your card, payment or order details.

Email info@green-beat.com and ask us to stop SMS marketing to your mobile number. Include the number with its country code so we can locate the right subscription.
Write an opt-out requestThis opens a draft in your email app. You must send it; our team then processes it. It is not an instant website unsubscribe.
Other clear requests count too
You can use ordinary words that clearly ask to stop. If a request is not recognized automatically, our team must still act on it. We do not require a reason, a new order, a password, or completion of a survey.

Email offers and receipts
For email promotions, use the unsubscribe link in a Greenbeat promotional email or ask us to stop email marketing too. Specify “all marketing” to withdraw both email and SMS permission. Necessary receipts and emails about an order are separate from promotional subscriptions.
A later purchase will not re-subscribe your number to texts. SMS subscriptions and suppression are managed by the messaging provider, not the phone field in our checkout.
