Greenbeat Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026.
Greenbeatbp LLC, operating under the Greenbeat brand ("Greenbeat," "we," "us," or "our"), is the responsible business identified in this policy for the new Greenbeat online ordering service and Greenbeat Text Offers SMS program described below. This policy describes how information is handled when you browse the site, start or complete an order, choose email or text offers, or contact us. For privacy questions, email info@green-beat.com or write to Greenbeatbp LLC (Greenbeat), 4851 New Broad Street, Orlando, FL 32814.
1. Information we collect
Contact and order information. Checkout asks for your first and last name and email address. You may also provide a phone number and an order note. We collect your selected items and customizations, pickup location, order number, payment and preparation status, prices, tax, gratuity, and other order details. Information you send when contacting us is also collected.
Information before payment. Your checkout details are sent to our ordering and payment services when you continue to payment. A customer and pending-order record can therefore exist even when payment is not completed. Typing information in the checkout also saves certain details in your browser, as explained below.
Email preferences. We record the email-marketing choice you make at checkout with the order and your Stripe customer record. You can review or change this optional choice before continuing to payment. An email address provided to receive a receipt is not, by itself, permission to receive promotional emails.
Separate SMS forms. When active, a link takes you to a Greenbeat form hosted by Omnisend. That provider may use cookies or similar technologies, security measures and submission logs when you access or submit its form. The Netlify SMS information page itself adds no provider tracking script and collects no mobile number.
Technical information. Hosting, payment, and email providers may process information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, request times, security logs, and email delivery or failure information when providing their services.
2. How we use information
We use information to process payments, prepare and fulfill orders, send receipts and order-status emails, respond to customer questions, handle refunds or disputes, prevent fraud, troubleshoot the website, and maintain necessary business records. When you choose email offers, we may also use your email address and recorded choice to send Greenbeat promotions and menu updates and to manage your subscription.
Order notes and food selections are used to help prepare and manage your order. Please do not include payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in an order note.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe's payment interface. Greenbeat's own checkout form does not collect your full card number or card security code. We receive transaction references, payment status, amounts, and order-related payment information. Stripe also processes information under its own privacy terms, including for payment security and fraud prevention. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. Email marketing, SMS and order messages
Email offers are optional. You can place an order without subscribing. When you choose to subscribe, Greenbeat may email offers, new menu items, and occasional updates. Promotional emails will provide an unsubscribe method. You can also request removal from email marketing by contacting info@green-beat.com. We will process applicable opt-out requests and keep records needed to honor them.
Order messages are separate. Receipts, payment confirmations, and preparation or pickup updates relate to your purchase. They do not require an email-marketing subscription. Unsubscribing from promotions does not prevent us from sending necessary messages about your order.
SMS signup is separate and optional. Greenbeat is preparing promotional text offers through a separate Omnisend signup form. When enabled, that form requires the mobile number, clear SMS disclosures and an initially unchecked SMS consent box. A phone number at checkout or an email-marketing choice does not enroll you in texts. Clicking a link to the form does not grant consent. We may use an order-contact number to call about your order. See the SMS Program Terms and SMS signup page.
SMS consent records and withdrawal. For SMS signup, Omnisend records the submitted number, SMS subscription status and consent record associated with the native legal-consent form. Greenbeat will keep the relevant form/version and available timestamp/source records and the records needed to honor opt-outs. Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Other clear requests, including an email to info@green-beat.com, will also be handled. See Stop texts / Get help. SMS opt-out does not by itself remove an independent email subscription, but we honor requests to stop all marketing. Receipts and order-status emails remain separate.
SMS data use limitation. Greenbeat will not sell SMS consent records or share mobile signup information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers may process the information on Greenbeat’s behalf to operate the SMS program and honor opt-outs. This limitation applies even where a general service-provider sharing provision appears elsewhere in this policy.
5. Service providers and sharing
Authorized restaurant staff use order information to prepare food and manage service. We also use service providers to operate the website and ordering system:
- Stripe: payments, customer and transaction records, and payment verification.
- Netlify: website hosting, server functions, and order data storage.
- Resend: order receipts and preparation or pickup-status emails.
Greenbeat plans to use Omnisend for promotional email and SMS subscriptions, campaigns and opt-outs. The separate native SMS form records SMS consent directly with Omnisend; the website does not infer consent from an order. Omnisend and its messaging providers process the mobile number, consent records, delivery and reply information needed for SMS. The checkout records your optional email choice separately; choosing email offers does not subscribe you to SMS.
These services process information needed for their respective roles. More information is available in the Netlify Privacy Policy, Resend Privacy Policy, and Omnisend Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights and safety of customers or the business, or obtain professional assistance with accounting or disputes. Any additional advertising or data-sharing arrangements will be described in an updated notice before they are introduced.
6. Browser storage and cookies
Our ordering pages use local browser storage to remember your cart and certain ordering preferences. Checkout also remembers gratuity, contact details you enter, and your selected email preference. A previously selected email choice may appear when you return to checkout; you can review or change it. Legacy checkout SMS flags are removed from the saved browser profile; they are not re-used as consent. This does not change existing Omnisend subscriptions or suppression records. The SMS link does not transmit your checkout contact information, order or cart; you choose what to submit on the separate form.
Local storage can persist until cleared. Clearing site data through your browser settings may remove your cart and saved details. On a shared device, clear those details when you finish. Clearing browser data does not delete order or transaction records already sent to Greenbeat or its providers.
Stripe and hosting services may use cookies or related technologies for their services and security. The new ordering website does not itself add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Any additional analytics, advertising tags, or email open/click tracking will be described in an updated notice before use.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, payment disputes, legal obligations, and honoring marketing choices. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations. We may need to retain some records after a deletion or unsubscribe request. Provider records and backups may have their own retention requirements.
We use technical and access-control measures intended to protect information. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your requests and choices
Email info@green-beat.com to ask about information Greenbeat holds, request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw permission for email or SMS marketing. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances and relevant law. We will review requests accordingly and explain when information must be retained.
Information handled independently by a payment or other provider may also be subject to that provider's request process. Contacting Greenbeat does not replace any rights you may have directly with a provider.
9. External services and children
Links to maps, social media, delivery marketplaces, or other third-party sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy covers Greenbeat's new website and checkout, not those separate services.
Our online service is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through this service should contact us so we can review and address it.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. The published policy will show its effective or updated date. Questions can be sent to info@green-beat.com or Greenbeatbp LLC (Greenbeat), 4851 New Broad Street, Orlando, FL 32814.
